This handwoven textile hanging is inspired by the transient state of a tree viewed through the fog. For a time, the way we are able to experience the tree is through the fog, blurred and surrounded. The warp has been hand painted prior to being woven. Once the weft threads are introduced the strong image of the tree becomes pixilated and is contained within the cloth.
